Accounts and credentials
A signed-in account does not establish enrollment, progress, completion, or credential eligibility. Credentials are issued only after applicable completion and authorized issuance decisions.

Offerings marked In development, Pilot, Coming later, or Enrollment opening later are not represented as generally purchasable or fully operational.
